STUDY FORUM: A panel of speakers will examine a range of issues of concern to all those who work in the cultural heritage arena. Subjects under consideration will include crininal law - theft, handling, money laundering, the Dealing in Cultural Objects (Offences) Act, international conventions relating to art and antiquities, the High Court decision in Accidia v Dickinson (duties owed by a dealer on the sale of an Old Master drawing).
